Director of Fitness
Develops and leads the fitness curriculum by teaching how the body adapts to training, nutrition, stress, and recovery while building sustainable habits around strength, health, and consistency.
Associates
Serve as the first level of chapter leadership by supporting programs, events, and daily operations. Associates work under a Director to help plan events, execute projects, engage members, and assist with chapter presentations and discussions.
President
Set the tone for the club, lead the director cohort, and lead initiatives in finance, fitness, and psychology. You lead by example to build an inclusive, supportive culture focused on self-betterment, resilience, and community impact.
Director of Psychology
Develops and leads the psychology curriculum, covering brain chemistry, emotional regulation, stress responses, attachment styles, self-talk, identity, and healthy relationships, with a focus on practical skills and peer support.
Director of Retention
Teaches the psychology curriculum, covering brain chemistry, emotional regulation, stress responses, attachment styles, self-talk, identity, and healthy relationships, with a focus on practical skills and peer support.
Director of Finance
Develops and leads the finance curriculum by teaching how money flows through personal life and markets, including cash flow, credit, investing, financial statements, valuation, and long-term decision-making.
Director of Marketing
Responsible for promoting the club, increasing engagement, and building excitement around meetings, events, and initiatives. They oversee advertising, social media, outreach, and chapter branding to help attract members and keep them actively involved.
Vice President
The President sets the club’s vision, leads general meetings, oversees all focus areas, makes key decisions, organizes guest speakers, and serves as the primary representative to the chapter.
